1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PetSnap (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. The App is operated by The Sky Bringup, LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

PetSnap is an AI-powered mobile application that identifies pet breeds from photos and provides breed-specific information including health tips, temperament, care guides, and lifespan data. Results are generated by AI and should be used for informational and entertainment purposes only. PetSnap is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.

3. Purchase and Payment

PetSnap is available as a one-time purchase ($2.99) through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process.

4. Usage Limits

To ensure service quality for all users, PetSnap includes a daily limit of 50 AI breed analyses per device. This limit resets every 24 hours. Attempting to circumvent these limits may result in temporary suspension of service.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

PetSnap uses artificial intelligence to identify pet breeds and generate care information. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Breed identification results, health tips, and care recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for health-related decisions about your pet.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Sky Bringup, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any photos or content you submit through the App.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use the App to process content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Redistribute or resell the App or its results for commercial purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sky Bringup, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to any reliance on AI-generated breed identification or care recommendations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI features require an internet connection and depend on third-party AI services that may experience downtime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App's AI features for any user who violates these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App's AI features will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
