What breeds can PetSnap identify?
PetSnap can identify hundreds of dog and cat breeds, including mixed breeds. Our AI analyzes physical features to provide the most likely breed matches with confidence scores.
How accurate is the breed identification?
PetSnap uses Google Gemini AI and is highly accurate for purebreds. For mixed breeds, it provides the most likely breed components. Results are for informational purposes and not a substitute for professional veterinary assessment.
Do you store my pet's photos?
No. Photos are sent to our AI service for analysis and are not stored on our servers after the result is returned. All processing is done in real-time.
Can I use PetSnap offline?
PetSnap requires an internet connection for AI breed analysis. However, your saved pet profiles and care logs are stored locally on your device and accessible offline.
Is there a daily limit for scans?
Yes, to ensure service quality, there is a daily limit of 50 scans per device. The limit resets every 24 hours.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Purchase History on your device, or contact Apple Support directly.
